Rachelle Richards joined Advisory Partner Southwell in the Beaudesert office in June 2022.
Rockhampton-born Rachelle spent almost a decade competing in barrel racing in the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association circuit in the United States and Canada before returning to Australia in 2011 to raise a family.
Since then she also gained a tertiary education, graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor of Accounting and Sustainable Business.
Before joining Advisory Partner, Rachelle spent six years as Electorate Officer for a federal parliamentarian, managing his office and engaging with constituents. Her role included community outreach and staff training and assistance.

- Certificate III in Business (Office Administration), VETEC (1999).
